Bharti Airtel Prepaid Postpaidf Customer Care Number
Airtel, the country's biggest mobile network (and also the worst one for signal quality), has now made a very stupid move to irritate its customers. Airtel Customer Care Number of 121 will no longer be free for customers to call and they will be charged at INR 0.50/3 minutes.
Bharti Airtel with its huge market-share is expected to lead others from front. But, that doesn't mean they be inconsiderate to their customers and charge them for the most important service - Customer Care. With this move of Airtel, now many other telecom operators will be thinking of charging users for using the Customer Care Number. This is, according to me, a very bad move and am sure Airtel will have to face the wrath of its customers.
