There are many people using Google's blogspot platform for their blogging uses. Blogger is the most simplest and the easiest way to get yourself on to the top of Blogging. Though, independent wordpress installation is the best Blogging platform one can have, Blogspot platform has a considerable upperhand over Wordpress's hosted blogging solution. The major reason for that is that you have option to monetize your Blogspot blogs whereas you can't monetize upon your wordpress blogs. Looks like Blogger has listened to all our requests. Now, you can make your own Blogger template for free using Blogspot's recently released template designer.

To change the look of your template and customize according to your needs, follow the steps below:

  • In that tab you will see options like "Page Elements","Fonts and Colors","Edit HTML", "Pick New Template" and "Template Designer"
  • First go to "Edit HTML" tab and backup your template.
  • Now, go to "Template Designer" and fiddle with different options to make your own version of template.
