That is surprising that they would offer Google Chrome on a portable platform without the ability to view flash. Does not make too much sense to me.

You got it wrong. Portable Google Chrome doesn't mean a Google Chrome for mobile. Its just a Google Chrome that can be run from USB/Flash drive .

I have only used opera mini on my blackberry but i would be interested in seeing the new capabilities of Google chrome on my phone. Thanks for the info - so much flash is used these days on the web it's important to have all plug-ins when possible. :)

TYhe problem i have with Chrome is that it won't work in my workplace. Chrome does not piggy back on Internet explorer's connection.

I was definitely looking for how to do this... right now I'm using Portable FF and the lack of Flash in Chrome was one of the reasons why!

Got to agree with you totally on this. On a side note Google is coming strong with the new plugins feature for the Chrome browser. I am waiting for it :)

i agree, i think that you really need to have plugins at this point in the browser war, thats why firefox is so useful. unless they make speed a priority then it'd be alright.

I really like the look of Google chrome, but it lacks so many great plugins that firefox offers. I'm excitedly looking forward to the Google Chrome Developer Version.

Google Chrome is so cool i love the way it just keeps image views of your most commonly viewed sites. Flash Player was a bit funny at first but works well within Chrome now :)
